ANF Group Selected to Build the NSU Center for Collaborative Research

Davie, Florida, January 21, 2014

ANF Group, Inc., a South Florida based construction management firm, has been selected as the Construction Manager for the new Nova Southeastern University Center for Collaborative Research. This 216,000 square foot facility will be located on NSU’s 250-acre main campus; ground breaking ceremonies are planned for February 2014.

This $50 million, state-of-the-art project will expand the university’s research capability and further their ability to improve our community. This facility will provide wet labs for many of NSU’s innovative researchers, as well as a General Clinical Research Center. The Center for Collaborative Research will also house the Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research, the Buehler Foundation facility, Florida LambdaRail, the NSU Technology incubator, and the US Geological Survey (USGS). The federal agency is partnering with NSU, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Florida to promote scientific cooperation for the Greater Everglades Restoration Project, the largest public works program in US history.
