Scope of Work
The Ambulatory Surgery Center project at Imperial Point Medical Arts Pavilion in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida was an 11,704 GSF renovation to an existing building. This project included selective demolition, mill-work, applied fireproofing, interior finishes, specialties, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and electrical work. In addition the project also included the new internal build-out of the existing space for an ASC Outpatient Center complete with four new operating rooms, decontamination / sterilization room, pre-procedural rooms, recovery rooms, nurses station and administrative offices.
This project also included the addition of air cooled chillers and a tank farm to service the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
