Scope of Work
The Lower School project at Nova Southeastern University included the new construction of a Two-Story, 86,000 GSF Building.  This included site work, landscaping, irrigation, tilt-up concrete, structural steel, mill-work, roofing, doors, interior finishes, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical work. In addition this project Included a conterminous (multipurpose room: cafeteria, auditorium and gymnasium), science labs, art rooms, library, classrooms, outdoor recreation areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and administrative offices.
