Scope of Work
The N.I.C.U. Renovation project at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami, Florida consisted of the interior renovation of their existing patient rooms and N.I.C.U. Unit on the second floor of their existing patient tower. There were two Phases to the project. Phase 1 included demolition and renovation to the existing post-partum nurse’s station and surrounding corridor and finishes. The second phase was demolition and renovation to the N.I.C.U. itself to create a dedicated nurse’s station, seven N.I.C.U. beds and a step down area for six infants.
