Anni Maresca is an innovative and driven accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction accounting. As Controller, Anni is responsible for every aspect of corporate finance with responsibilities including financial statement preparation, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrated software implementation and management. Anni’s genuine commitment to our client’s success, management of the accounting department, and support of the executive staff has helped ANF Group achieve controlled growth over the years from a $2 million company to over $200 million.
Anni was recognized in Construction Dive’s 2022 Construction Champions: Industry Veterans list, ranking among construction’s top women leaders selected nationwide who are shaping the industry. Anni is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and National Peer Group of the CFMA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
