BIOGRAPHY

Born into the construction industry, Christine Graeff has worked her way through the ranks over the last 15 years at ANF Group. Upon graduating from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Christine first joined ANF as a Project Engineer working primarily on education and healthcare projects. She grew within her position and eventually took on roles within other key departments such as Accounting, Purchasing, and most recently, Operations.

As ANF has continued to expand, so has Christine’s role. As Director of Operations, Christine has taken on the development of ANF’s business systems, implementing the latest software to empower ANF’s employees with the most up-to-date tools necessary to be a leading South Florida contractor. It is the challenge that every day presents within the construction industry that keeps her motivated. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”

Christine further holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, from the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Outside of work, she is a loving mom to three young boys and holds down the fort while her husband actively serves our country with the U.S. Air Force. Aside from spending quality time with her family, Christine’s greatest passion is travelling. She embraces adventures as they come and finds joy in sharing new and meaningful experiences with her loved ones.
